Marriage License Requirements

• Clark County Marriage License Fee is $55.00 Cash
• The age requirement is 18 years of age or older; photo I.D. may be required. Between 16-18 years of age, notarized parental consent or parent’s presence is required. If under 16, a court order is required.
• There is no waiting period or blood test.
• The Marriage License Application expires one year after issuance.
• The Clark County Clerk’s Office (702)455-4416 is located at 201 Clark Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89102. It is open 24 hours Friday and Saturday, Closes Sunday at Midnight and opens 8 am to Midnight Monday through Thursday. Website
• A 50% deposit is required upon booking your wedding
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to your scheduled wedding
